Our laboratory's molecular profile databases are now available through our new queryable relational database, CellMiner
CellMiner is designed to facilitate integration and fusion of the various molecular datasets generated
by the Genomics & Bioinformatics Group, LMP, CCR, NCI and its many collaborators. The application
includes metadata on the cells, as well as tools for downloading the data set, querying them,
and finding the intersections among them. Subsequent builds will include many additional molecular
data sets and integrative tools. Here is a list of the data sets currently available in CellMiner:
- NCI-60
- DNA copy number: BAC array CGH
- DNA mutation: Full re-sequencing
- RNA expression: Affy HG-U133 (A and B chips)
- RNA expression: Affy HG-U95 (A, B, C, D and E chips)
- RNA expression: Affy HU6800
- RNA expression: cDNA Array
- RNA expression: The 48 ABC transporters by real-time RT-PCR
- RNA expression: Spotted transporter arrays
- Protein expression: Reverse-phase lysate arrays
- Chromosomal aberrations: spectral karyotyping
(in NCBI SKY/M-FISH and CGH Database or SKYGRAMS at NCI DTP)
- DU145/RC0.1
- RNA expression: ABC-Tox Chip
- RNA expression: Affy HG-U133 (A and B chips)
- RNA expression: Affy HG-U95 (A chip)
- RNA expression: Oncochip
